HardHatOps Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

HardHatOps is a crew-management service operated by Iron And Oak Collective LLC ("Iron & Oak", "we"). It is used by construction companies and similar field organizations ("your employer" or "the account owner") to share toolbox talks, record safety sign-offs, track work hours, and coordinate daily duties.

What we collect

What we do not collect

How your information is used

Your information is used solely to provide the service to your employer: safety sign-off ledgers, hours summaries, and duty boards. Sign-in links and crew broadcasts are sent by SMS to the phone number on your roster entry. We do not sell or share your information with anyone other than your employer and the service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, SMS delivery, payment processing for the account owner).

Who can see it

Your employer's administrators can see roster details, sign-off records, hours, and duty history for their own crew. Crews are isolated per company — one company can never see another company's data.

Retention and deletion

Safety sign-off and hours ledgers are retained for the life of the account because they are compliance records. If you want your information corrected or removed, contact your account administrator, or email us directly and we will work with the account owner: setup@hardhatops.com.

Security

Access requires a signed-in session tied to a phone number on the roster. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies. Removing someone from the roster locks them out immediately.

Children

HardHatOps is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 16.
